WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME THERE

We reserved a room and once we got on site, we did not feel comfortable, we felt unsafe and we requested a refund. The female staff person stated they would give a refund. When BringFido called this hotel, the MALE staff person refused the refund. We never used the room and was only there to take out our dogs and decided to leave. The male staff person was EXTREMELY RUDE, and I would NEVER recommend this place. Extremely very disappointed in this transaction. We were out $325.00 for NOT even staying there. We stayed at a beautiful place right off the ocean bay for $200. per night. This place was a 10 + star... Ocean Beach A NEGATIVE 10 !!!!
