Overall good stay!

Check-in was easy and the folks in the office were very nice. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had high ceilings, which made it feel more spacious. It looked like it had been updated a while ago but it was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable so that was the most important thing for us. The entire complex was nice and quiet, even with the # of dogs there, including ours. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed due to an issue with the fence, but on the day we were leaving they had workers repairing it so hopefully by now it's been reopened.

There was also no continental breakfast per se as mentioned on the website, rather a bagged breakfast with an apple, granola bar, muffin and bottle of juice. Given the times of Covid we understood the precaution taken and were fine with it. We did have an issue with the water draining sufficiently when taking a shower but eventually it did - not an earth shattering issue. The only thing I would say is that in the room itself, although clean, it could have used some touch up paint here and there from marks on the walls. It wasn't horrible but that little effort would go a long way.
