Horrible experience

I booked this location because of the positive reviews both here and on other websites, but I cannot fathom how this hotel has such positive reviews. It was a horrible experience and even an unsafe experience for my pet!

The first room we were in was not vacuumed at all. There was bits of trash all over and immediately our pet started trying to eat the trash. I picked up what I could but she just kept finding more so I instead called the front desk to change rooms.

That was the only good part -- the front desk woman helped me switch rooms very easily. The new room was better in many ways, as the first was nothing like the pictures - horrible bathroom and overall didn't look anything like the pictures. The new room looked like the pictures, except for the clogged shower drain, which was the least of my concerns.

The second room seemed more vacuumed until I found my dog chewing on something new. I rushed over to see what it was and it was a chicken wing bone!! She was trying to swallow it, but thankfully I got it out of her mouth before she could choke on it. But I felt so horrible for booking the hotel that was already bad enough but now endangered by dog -- I couldn't sleep and just kept wishing I had gone someplace else.

Terrible experience, and I didn't even mention yet how the second floor smelled like weed, the stairs smelled like BO to the point where I gagged, and the entry to our room smelled like smoke. Do not book a room here.

Trash all over the halls and outside

This place would have probably been an okay place to stay except for the part where no one vacuums the halls or cleans the trash outside. There was also a collection of used pizza boxes and trash bags at the end of the hall. Overall a lot of dodging trash and constantly saying “leave it.” Not recommended.
