Pros and cons

1. Good location. You do have to walk a block and cross the street to get to the beach so keep it in mind if you have to lug items.
2. The beach is only dog friendly 3 days of the week for specific hours only and you have to buy a permit AND pay for parking to be in that section.
3. The A/C is cold. But it is SUPER loud!
4. There is NO breakfast at this bed and breakfast. Nothing.
5. Enough parking but they are super tight.
6. FYI- most parks are NOT dog friendly. I’ve never seen a city as restrictive as Boca.
7. There are dishes in the kitchenette. Most were very dirty.
8. The bed was very uncomfortable. But dip in the middle!
9. You have to request the beach chairs and towels which means you have to wait for the manager to be there.
10. No paper towels in the kitchenette. I thought that was strange.
11. The manager is really nice.
