Tired hotel

Beautiful grounds to walk dogs outside, but everything else about the property was disappointing. We found the hotel itself tired and dirty. First room we were placed in had urine stains all over the visible box spring (no bed skirt). The first time I used bathroom, the door latch got stuck and I could not get out. Maintenance came and had to removed the door knob to get me out.. Not sure how a solo guest would have gotten out. The second room we were placed in was slightly better, but still showed it’s age and lack of maintenance. After all our drinks/food froze solid in the room fridge followed by 2 cold showers in the morning we checked out.
