Horrible

I paid extra to stay in a nice room and it was the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was sticky with stains so I had to wear shoes. The lock was broken on my door from someone clearly attempting to break in the room previously. The curtains didn’t close, so the room was bright all night long. The shower head was broken. The sink was cracked. There’s only a tiny section of grass in the parking lots for dogs. There weren’t any sheets on the bed, just a comforter that clearly never gets washed. Would NEVER stay here again, for the money I expected much better.
