Needs better security

To many homeless walking around the area. Not a secure place to walk your dog for a pee at night especially. Mentioned to desk that being on the first floor I had homeless outside my window at around 1:30 am. I felt very uncomfortable there and also when I saw men walking around the parked cars at night was worried about vehicle break ins.
