Don’t bother

I called ahead to confirm that this restaurant was dog friendly. The host told me that they “tolerate” them and have to allow them. She then went on to describe how dogs can get in the way, lick themselves, and do their business on the lawn near where diners are eating. So, yes you can bring your dog here, but don’t expect to feel welcome.
