I was extremely clear in my reservation that I needed first floor and why. Got there, no first floor. They several times told me they didn’t have one. I took back my ID and went to my car to call other surrounding hotels to see if I could get a first floor room. I could. I told them I wasn’t going to take my reservation and THEN magically they had a first floor room but I had already committed to the other hotel. They told me they would refund me if I had made the reservation directly with them but since I made it through a 3rd part (BringFido) they couldn’t. I called BringFido and they were willing to do it but needed to get the hotel in agreement. When they called the hotel, they refused to do it. So clearly twice they lied: once telling me they didn’t have a first floor room and second that the would have given me a refund and made it sound like it was the 3rd parties issue which it wasn’t. I will never book with them again.
