Good and bad
Homewood Suites by Hilton PrincetonRoom was kind of shabby. We have stayed in this hotel a few other times and had much nicer rooms. Other than that, no complaints.

The best!
Homewood Suites by Hilton HagerstownAt check-in, first thing they ask is "Would you dog like a dog biscuit?" and hand me a very large biscuit nicely wrapped up. Got a great room on the first floor. Great area out front to walk the dog.

Enjoyed our stay
Comfort Inn White River JunctionI was a little hesitant because a lot of previous reviews complained about the cleanliness and outdated furniture. Our room was fine. Yes, the furniture was a bit old but it was a dog friendly room so we didn't mind. Room was quiet and spacious. Location was convenient - nice dog park nearby and a very good barbecue place next door with outdoor picnic tables so the dog was fine there. We'll be back.

Do not stay here!
Sonesta ES Suites South Brunswick - PrincetonThis hotel asked us for a $250 deposit in addition to the $85 dog fee for the one night we stayed. Then they kept our deposit and added another $450 saying we broke their TV. Complete lie. We are disputing the charge with our credit card company but I would never stay in their hotel again!

Spacious room
Mainstay Suites AirportVery comfortable, quiet room. Easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping. They give you a sofa protector and our dog loved the sofa.

Fine stay
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western McGuire AFB JacksonRoom was fine, great barbecue restaurant for take out next door. A little far from the highway.

Not great
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Brandywine ValleyNice lobby but the room was pretty shabby. Burn holes in the bedspread, carpet needs an upgrade. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5 pm and we had to wait another 35 minutes. Noisy people outside the room during the night. Worst part - really nowhere to walk the dog! Shower was good, bed was comfortable and the front desk folks were friendly. That's why I gave it 2 bones instead of one. But I wouldn't stay there again.

Sleep Inn StauntonThis place had it all. Great room, nice breakfast, good place to walk the dog, quiet, and convenient to the highway.

Avoid
Motel 6 Elizabeth NJ - Newark Liberty Intl AirportThe location is dreadful; nowhere to walk the dog! Room and bathroom were tiny, handle to bathroom fell off when we touched it, remote control for TV didn't work. Shower was good and bed was OK. I would never stay there again.
