Very good "overnight" stay

La Quinta tried hard but there's not much grass to exercise or explore - but plenty to "do my business" and two pet stations! I barked once at 2 am when guests came in next door and woke me up but it was quieter than expected for a "college" hotel. I didn't see any other dogs. The people behind the desk were VERY nice - even gave me treats. I did not want to leave!

It's an updated/newish facility. Very comfortable, if high, beds. The refrigerator kept things cold but we didn't freeze anything. There was a microwave. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. There is a Petco near by and a Walmart Supercenter. Dad: there is a walk in shower - nice but the door doesn't keep the water in very well. Enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was good.

4 Bones

Clean bedding (challenge for management: mud from the construction workers), vent in bathroom, smallish room, standard breakfast. A bit of a challenge to locate (might change when construction is finished), and the bed made a weird noise. Solid floors for the pup on the first floor, grassy areas abound, easy entry/ exit. Perfectly fine for a night on the road.

Nice hotel

They are charging $25/day but you don't even have anyone check your room, change towels, empty trash. Think ahead: you must request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. The road noise is loud (it is adjacent to the Tollway - which is why it is so convenient) and the first night we got there, saw a skunk! Plenty of grass, poop bags available, and a variety of places to walk your dog. The room was fine - some staining on the furniture and the bed sagged a bit but no odors, very spacious, the mini-fridge freezer actually froze and the personnel were very nice. Our room was conveniently on the first floor, right by an exit. It was reasonably quiet, even over the weekend. Very safe feeling.

Convenient to I-20 and Very Helpful Staff

Great beds. Staff went above and beyond the expected. From the pup's point of view - if your dog is noise sensitive, the doors closing down the hallway were louder than usual and (we faced the front) there was more traffic noise (engines, back up beeps, etc.) than expected but not disruptive. There is a "pup station" and plenty of grassy areas. Nice breakfast.

Repeat guest - worth passing the other motels

Our dog loves this hotel - no real hall or room noises, a hard surface floor, generously sized room, comfy (human) bed and best of all: great path to walk around a lake. She's good at finding "stuff" (buttons, pills, small toys, etc.) and she's never found anything at this Baymont (cheers to the housekeepers). I enjoyed the hot breakfast. The staff went beyond the expected in helping me update my Wyndham account.
