Good location, issues with reservations

Throughout our stay we had problems with our reservation. First at 9am the day of the stay we received an email from BringFido that the hotel didn't have any rooms. Even though we had checked with them at the time of booking and it was completely paid for. Then BringFido found out that was wrong after an hour of research. We get to the hotel, they told us they didn't have any dog friendly rooms again. Then they decided they did. Then the second day, our keys quit working, they did not set them up correctly. They were really not people friendly and not so sure they wanted dogs there. BringFido was great in helping us through the reservation issue.
