Helpful staff
Quality Inn Jonesville I-77Not the fanciest hotel you'll ever see, but a good stopover. A small but pleasant picnic area in the back.
Many thanks to the staff for reaching out to me after I'd forgotten my portable dog crate and was several hours down the highway. They offered to see if mailing it would be economical (I would pay, of course!) or whether it will get re-homed.

A bit off the beaten track
Comfort Suites Inn at Ridgewood FarmThe motel is not smack on the interstate. Is that a bad thing? I guess it all depends. But we had a nice night's rest on a beautifully-situated motel. Seemed pretty safe, too.

Beautiful grounds, nice staff
Virginia Crossings Hotel, Tapestry Collection by HiltonStayed here on a layover on the drive from Pennsylvania to Atlanta. I think I would layover here if I were driving from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin, it's that nice. Staff is very pleasant.
