Hotel was pet friendly but was in poor repair

The hotel was older and the room temp was about 80 degrees to 85 degrees. The weather in Winter Park was about 60 degrees as the high. We left a day early because it was unbearable. The room was not in great shape and it was pretty run down. There were visible stains all up and down the walls. The dry wall was coming away from the walls and there was some real noticeable damage to the walls, doors and bathroom. There is a 35 fee and another $50 fee for cleaning. There is a pool and a hot tub available. The hotel has a bar/pub but dogs aren't available on their patio so we had to eat in our room. We will not stay at this hotel again.
