Waste of money

We paid c. $2,400 for "never ending lessons". It was more like never beginning lessons. After several weeks of four full days each week our dog had not gained one skill. More upsetting was that he was supposedly getting one-to-one lessons yet he was missing for a week and no one noticed! How can you do one-to-one lessons and not notice that the dog isn't there....for an entire week? I contacted them and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply!!!!
