Great for a Night
La Quinta by Wyndham Page at Lake PowellDecent hotel, good breakfast options and places to walk the dog. AC was a bit loud, but I think that’s probably true for most hotels. Would stay again if in the area.

Good Spot for the Night
Best Western Plus Midwest InnWe did a full day of driving, and stopped at this hotel based on the reviews. Our king room was very spacious, it was pretty quiet too. It was clean enough for my standards (which are pretty high!). The breakfast options need some help…the hot water was cold, but I think that was left over from the night before. Hallways needed vacuuming, but with all of the labor shortages, I can overlook that. I think it’s a great place for an overnight stay, bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Great Stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St Paul-WoodburyWe had a great room with plenty of space to move around for our two day stay. Hotel was pretty clean, staff was friendly, breakfast options were what you would expect, and there were places to walk the dogs. I would stay here again.

Ok For a Night
La Quinta by Wyndham PuebloIt was just OK. Room needed maintenance (window wouldn’t shut tight), was quite a noisy night, breakfast was a little sub par from other hotels we stayed at all week. Not sure I would stay there again.

Excellent Stay! Highly Recommend
GrandStay Hotel & SuitesPerfect room for our one night stay, great staff, great location to let dogs out, comfortable bed, decent breakfast options too. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if in the area.

Great Stay
Kelly Inn & Suites Mitchell South DakotaThe hotel was perfect for our one night stay. Big and spacious room, good breakfast options, right off the freeway and close to food options. Bed was pretty comfortable. Only reason for the 4 rating is that it was a bit dirtier than I would have preferred, but completely understand with the current labor shortages going on. I would definitely stay there again if we pass through Mitchell!

No Way!
Buffalo InnNot sure where to begin- upon entering the room, we noticed a portable AC unit…then when pulling back the sheets, we found plenty of hair. Asked for another room, which they have us right next door…no AC working. Asked for another option, and the desk clerk was checking rooms, but none had working AC. so, finally asked if they could just change the sheets in the original room with portable AC-and I thank God that we at least had a portable AC. Bathroom smelled like pee! Thank goodness I travel with sanitizing wipes, I cleaned up surfaces in the whole room. I could not even begin to recommend this hotel. The desk clerk was nice though.
