Could not give it 3 bones….

First, I will say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. The grounds were great with plenty of grassy areas and pet waste stations were well placed. Although there is no pet deposit, they tack on a $100.00 refundable deposit which is returned in a few days if there are no damages. (We were not made aware of this until check-in). The main lobby was clean and spacious. However, the second floor carpeted hallways were stained throughout. In our room, the carpet was worn in places. The only upholstered chair had multiple stains.We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, checked out on Sunday. We were gone most of Saturday morning at a dog event and returned to having our room exactly as we had left it. No housekeeping had been done. When I checked with the front office they said they only clean every other day??!!? I had to pick up towels, etc. And on Saturday evening, there was a crash in the bathroom and the plastic cover of the light over the bathroom light fell off. The person at the front desk came to check it out and took the cover for safety reasons. He mentioned that the hotel may be in line for renovations. Hopefully it is soon.
