Great Location and Helpful Staff
Quality Inn Near Walden Galleria MallThe hotel was clean. The staff was nice. We stopped here after having some car troubles and were able to extend our stay when needed. Breakfast was sad, but overall it was a fine experience.
Unclean, Overpriced
Baymont by Wyndham New BuffaloThe room was filthy. There were stains on the chair and bed sheets. The lamps were unplugged when we entered and the lamp shades were broken. The smoke detector was MISSING BATTERIES!!!!! The carpet was peeling off. The ceiling above the window was grey-blue (the rest was white) and looked like mold. The carpet is filthy. Way too expensive for a health hazard hotel.
Great Hotel!!
Best Western Holiday HillsUpon check-in, the representative gave me two puppy packages (1 poop bag & 2 milk bones each). There is plenty of grass and there are many poop bag trash bins nearby. The room was very nice with a mini-fridge & microwave with stylish flooring and comfortable bed and chairs. The breakfast was great! 5/5 bones for sure!
Fine hotel
Quality Inn KearneyThe hotel was fine. The rooms were pretty clean and it felt safe. The office chair in our room was broken and the hallways could use a vacuuming. Breakfast was laughable. There were microwavable frozen sandwiches and 2 apples. An elder man came in and said "Where's the food?"
Friendly staff
Fireside Inn & Suites West LebanonThe staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was satisfying. You receive breakfast vouchers with your room and can eat in the dining area or get a to go box prepared to eat in your room/elsewhere. The showers were great and had some of the best water pressure I've experienced in a hotel. However, the toilet was very low flow and required multiple flushes at times. The worst part was the walls were pretty thin and I could hear my neighbors all night long, especially from the restroom. The room/bathroom could use a touchup of paint, but everything seemed clean. There were lots of signs pointing out the current Lebanon mask mandate but a lot of the staff was walking around without masks.
