No charge for pets but no grass

Centrally located and no daily charge for multiple dogs but no grass anywhere. The closest place was a patch of dirt near an outside parking lot behind the hotel. No one picked up dog messes and it was gross. No dog amenities at the hotel as mentioned in reviews.
