Good location
Red Lion Inn & Suites Deschutes River BendThe hotel has views of mountains and steps away from the Deschutes river walk which provides a wonderful space to walk our dog. Grassy area around the hotel are appreciated. But nothing special offered for the dog.

Nice Location
Bozeman InnThe staff was energetic and welcoming but they didn't do anything special for our dog. No poop bags or anything extra. But beautiful Bozeman offered some nice walking routes which my dog and I found.

Reasonable price on Elko
Gold Country Inn and Casino by Red Lion HotelsThe check-in was pleasant and the pet fee wasn’t unbearable. The large property had walking areas but no poop bags. The beds were firm and the rooms spacious.

Reasonable price
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento NorthThe hotel has been renovated and now is behind a locked gate. The area appears to offer much, that is, it is close to the Sacramento River, but unfortunately the attention to security leaves a sense of foreboding, The rooms were clean, the check in was friendly but the TV didn't work and we weren't offered any recompense. The property offered few relief areas nor any poop bags. My dog and I went for a morning walk along the river which was great. However, the river is populated by homeless tents. No one bothered us and most people were friendly. Overall the experience was good but the owner and staff should pay a closer to the details which make a visit great.

Not great not bad
Rio del Sol Inn NeedlesPrice wasn’t bad. $15 for one and $10 for another but not much for the dog. No poop station or bags for the pooch. Also, our dog jumped out of the car after we parked and we were reprimanded to ALWAYS have a dog on a leash. It is supposed to be a county law.

Nothing special going on here
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Irvine SpectrumWe were given a fourth floor room for our visit. Not great when you need to give your dog a chance to relieve himself and sniff. The property had few places for the dog but it did provide poop bag stations. This place is a “meh”.

Good locations and nice room
Hummingbird InnThe desk clerk was particularly welcoming. She arranged for us to have a ground floor room. Much appreciated. This is a nice property with dog poop stations and a grassy area. It also is close to a suburban tract which permits an early morning walk.

Next to the beach
Edgewater Inn and SuitesStart with the no pet fee, add the dog treat, add the grassy area with poop bags and easy access to the beach and you have a winning combination. Did I mention close to the pier? Nice spot and dog friendly place.
