Looks are deceiving

Rooms are dated and have a smell. Furnishings & carpet needs to be updated. The grass dog walking areas are littered with dog droppings and the disposal bucket hasn't been emptied and stinks. The facility looks ok from the outside but the room I had was not so good. Also, the rear entrance does not lock so anyone can get in. There was a card swiper but it was not needed.
