Worst experience

We tried to check in early and was told we couldn’t -- fair enough. We came back at check in time and got the worst room in the whole place (second floor, fronting a very busy corner over the portico where cars park to check into the hotel). We have a dog and have a labyrinth we have to maneuver, down halls and up a flight of twisty stairs. When we complained we were told we were the last to check in and if we wanted to pay extra to upgrade we could. This room was prepaid three months in advance. Unacceptable!
