Disappointing Stay

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg-Hershey

I had made an reservation for two nights but could not tolerate the teenagers running and jumping in the room above me until one in the morning. I had a very serious competition with my Agility dog and needed to be at In The Net by 7:30 a.m. the next morning. I had no sleep and hence did poorly. In addition I wanted a room with a tub which I got, but there was no stopper in the tub. I had to use a washrag to stop up the tub in order to take a bath. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and explained why I needed a tub and to be on the main level close to an exit door which makes it a bit less painful and easier on me.

The other really bad portion of this stay was the black mold around the tub and going up the wall closest to the faucets. This is a health concern. When I called the hotel; to tell them that I could not possibly stay there that night due to the noise, no stopper in the tub and black mold all they could offer were 5000 extra points. They told me because I made this reservation via "Experian" they could not credit me. I called BringFido and Celeste was very kind to talk to the front desk and leave a message for the manager.
