Nice hotel, poor valet service

Hotel was nice and in a good location. The issue we had was with the valet. When we needed our vehicle one night we were told it was inaccessible. At checkout we received a message that there weren’t attendants to retrieve our car and it took an hour and a half to get it. When it came back my headphones were missing from the vehicle. The hotel is nice, but we valet service needs improvement.
