Great location, nothing more

Definitely needs updating, more than just aesthetic! Toilet handle broken and even after fixed, didn't flush without holding down, bathroom sink faucet besides being corroded, had no pressure, the shower had a mind of it's own, scalding to freezing and low stream to full. Toilet bowl didn't look scrubbed and there was mold all over shower curtain. Extra renters, ants and something too quick to identify! Won't be back.
