Not what was expected

This hotel was dirty with stains. BringFido called ahead to make sure they we ok with 3 dogs, which they were. We were aware of the $25 charge for bringing pets. We checked in, no problem, but then my card was charged for an extra $130(ish) dollars. When I inquired about this, I was told they charged $75 because we had 3 dogs. At no point was I told that there would be an upcharge for the 3rd dogs and BringFido was the one to call and check prior to and they weren't informed. It could be a nice hotel and it's in a great location; easy to walk the dogs etc. but it's just run down.

Small rooms and very loud

When I booked this room, I selected 3 people--this one said it could accommodate "up to 3 people." When we got into our room there wasn't a couch bed, just a king and 2 chairs. I went to the front and explained there were 3 of us and they said they were sold out for the night so they offered a roll-away for free (usually $30 charge); however, the room was so small that it was difficult to have the roll away in the room with my dogs playpens as well. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING.

I bring my dogs with me so I'm generally very welcoming of other dogs barking, but the dog next door barked and barked which became annoying and you could hear every footstep from the room above us. At 6am the alarm clock went off and we couldn't figure out how to get it shut off without turning lights on and getting out of bed. For the amount of money we spent ($500+/night), it just wasn't worth it. It was easy to bring the dogs, no hassle there and the breakfast was superb which is why I'm giving 2 bones.

Awesome hotel, easy with dogs

The hotel is really nice. There was no trouble checking in and staying with dogs. We got the room with a king bed and it had a full kitchen which was a huge help since I forgot water bowls, our dogs food has to be heated and refrigerated. Will definitely stay here again!
