Don’t Do it!
Best Western Caprock InnWent to check in on Dec 27, had a room reserved, but the lady at the counter was trying to put me in a smoking room. According to her, it was all she had. I didn’t request that and would never stay in a smoking room. After the longest time of her clicking on her computer, I asked for a cancellation and a refund. At that very moment a room came available. The room is old, the bed has the oldest spring mattress ever. You feel every hard spring on it, it creaks and is not fit for human use. Shady people hanging out in the dark recesses of the property and property parking lot around midnight. Seemed like they were brought around by the lady at the counter. She was in the parking lot speaking with the shady characters. Will never stay here and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t do it. Don’t spend your money here.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
