Worst puppy grooming visit ever!

Took my 5 month old Golden Retriever to PetSmart grooming in Murrieta Ca.
Purchased a puppy bath and brush. 3 hrs later called and was told he was nervous with the blow dryer so he’s in a kennel with a blower on him. Went to pick him up and called in store manager. She went to see what happened and she returned with my wet puppy and said he was too nervous. No charge. They could have called before they terrorized him in a kennel with air blowing on him for hours! Now I have to go home and bathe and brush my puppy myself. Don’t bother with this place!! PetSmart grooming sucks.
