Room was nice but the staff were rude

This was a nice clean room with a corner space to put our dog's bed, he loves corners. There was a free breakfast included BUT the woman serving it was incredibly rude and acted like everyone was bothering her to do her job. Also the bathroom in the lobby may or may not be off limits, she said it was the woman at the front desk said my husband could use it. There is a nice area to bring your dog to do his business with bags to collect so after a very nice experience it was a slap in the face to be treat as we were on the way out.
