Nasty room!!!

First off the room I reserved wasn’t the room I got. The room I clicked on, on the web site I chose by the description of the room. When I got to the room it didn’t match the description. So I went to bring it to their attention and they claimed that I got the room I reserved and the one I was describing was a different room. So the room I wanted wasn’t available and I had to settle for the smaller room. Not happy about that. But on top of that the floor felt like we were walking on a movie theater floor. Absolutely disgusting.
I will never stay there again!
