Woodstock Dog ParkThis park was pretty disappointing. Full of "stuff" and kind of a mess. Not much running room. Not much better than nothing.

Understaffed, no services
Admiral Fell Inn Baltimore Harbor Ascend Hotel CollectionThis hotel was fine for the dog, for the humans, not so much. There are parks, and if you have a car there is a Canton Bark Social, which is a great place to take a dog, but you need all the medical stuff.

Nice hotel, nice staff
Gild Hall a Thompson Hotel Part of HyattBoutique hotel but very friendly toward dogs. They provided plastic bowls. There is a dog run not too far down by the Seaport area.
