Friendly staff
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham MiddletownWe drive across the states and ended up staying mostly in La Quinta’s because they were clean, comfortable and convenient. This one in Middletown NY was one of the nicest and friendliest. Our dog loved it.
Noisy and disappointed
La Quinta by Wyndham Terre HauteWe’ve been staying in La Quintas as we’ve made our way across the states. This one was by far the least accommodating of the lot. Noisy. Not dirty but not clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.
A Route 66 Gem
Roadrunner LodgeWe booked here (as opposed to one of the chain hotels) solely on the reviews and after initially wondering ‘what had we done?!?’, we were glad we did. I had booked that morning online and the part about traveling with 2 dogs hadn’t come through. There are limited dog rooms available and he said to always call the place to double check and confirm they’ve got a room available. The rooms are clean and sweet. Typical motel issues but we had a lovely stay and the dogs loved their own welcome packs. Also, there are 2 restaurants directly across the street and they were both also gems.
Average but good
La Quinta by Wyndham EmporiaWe’ve been staying in La Quintas on our trip across America and this was felt tired. Or maybe it was us? Staff were helpful. There was an issue with overcharging (they charge a pet fee but take payment separately upon arrival, not at booking) but it was easily rectified. Clean and tidy and comfy.
Lovely and convenient
La Quinta by Wyndham FlagstaffUs and the dogs enjoyed it here. Clean and well set up for pups. Plenty of places to walk with them and the staff all seems nice and friendly.
Awesome set up
Desert Hot Springs InnThis place was great. So accommodating, clean and comfy. The hot pool and spa were a nice surprise. The dogs had plenty of space and it is a small place so not chaotic for our pups. Would like to have stayed longer and definitely recommend it.
