TERRIBLE

We stayed an hour after check in. The hotel smelled absolutely terrible. There was a huge cockroach in the room. I was bit on my ankle as well. Upon talking to the management they treated me as if I did something wrong when I asked for a refund. They called security to come and pick up the cockroach and told me I could not get a refund. After telling them that their behavior was distasteful and persisted with wanting a refund they finally granted me one.
