Large Grass area
Dog Park at Cottonwood ParkThis park was a large open grass area. Not much to see but still an awesome park for dogs to run and play!

Good For People In The Neighborhood
Herman Franks Dog ParkThis is just an “ok” dog park. Just a small open area by the baseball fields by liberty park. It’s good if you need something close of you live in the neighborhood but Tanner Park and Memory Grove are way better.

Great On Hot Days!
Memory Grove Off Leash Area at Freedom TrailI loved this one! We just tried it today and it’s an awesome dog park. Plenty of shallow water for them to run around in. Be aware of rattlesnakes and also be aware of the road because there is access from the trail. This is probably my favorite along with Tanner Park.

One Of The Best Dog Parks In SLC!
Tanner ParkWe love this one!! It’s better on a cooler day though since it’s mostly in the hot sun. There’s a couple areas for dogs to go in water too. Great dog park!
