Definitely stay here!

This really was a wonderful place, the rooms were large and clean. Very comfortable! There’s a dog park right behind the hotel, and behind that there’s a bike path that goes miles in each direction. Behind the bike path is a river!

Wonderful stay

This was a really great place, close to wonderful places like Whole Foods. Nice rooms, interacted with other cool guests. Go to the Flagstaff Bark Park, seriously!

Don’t stay here

I should’ve known what I was getting myself into staying at an Extended Stay America. Ugh, budget traveler fail. My first experience when pulling into the parking lot was all kinds of unsavory characters just milling about. Trucks loaded with all kinds of trash and clutter. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the first experience with a very rude woman at the front desk. I walked up and said I have a reservation through BringFido under my last name and she looked annoyed and barely listen to me and then seem to take forever getting my check in ready.

She didn’t handed me the paperwork to sign and then asked for the money for the room. I asked what the money was for and she said quite rudely for the room and I had to restate that no I booked and paid online already for which she looked extremely annoyed and then had to repeat the process. The room was small, dark, very depressing. Dogs barked all night. Don’t do it

Dump

This place is a dump, but skates by because it just happens to be in Moab. Toilet barely flushed, room smelled. I travel a lot, I’m easy-going and definitely not fancy but this place just really was dump town.
The lady that checked me in in the afternoon however she was real nice I’ll throw her a bone; she was very accommodating and moved my room from right next to the front desk basically to the third floor which I appreciated so thank you. There’s a creature that works the third shift, I came down at 5:00 in the morning and asked if there was coffee and it kind of snarled at me and said they will be out at 5:30.

I came back down at around 6 o’clock and asked it if the coffee was out yet and it looked really annoyed and said no it’ll be out eventually. I finally came down at 6:30 and the thing had just put the coffee out. While another gentleman and I were making our coffees it started hacking and making all kinds of noises. I ran back to my room in fear.
