Little Gem Off the Main Road
Moab Rustic InnThe place was absolutely clean and smelled fresh when we opened the door. It was an excellent stop for us and our pets to take a break along our journey.

Human hair on bed sheets
Motel 6 San Marcos TXThis was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed in; but I had my 2 pets with me and didn’t want to try to find a pet friendly hotel or motel last minute (I booked this one a month ago) or change rooms late into the evening. Also, I lacked confidence that the other rooms would be any cleaner. I first found something (not sure what) in the bathtub drain and threw it out. I later pulled back the blankets and found human hair on the sheets and pillow cases. The same was true on the second bed. I got new sheets and changed them; but could barely sleep thinking of what else could be lurking at a micro level. I’ve given this chain multiple chances and in different states. I refuse to stay at Motel 6 again. All around a horrid experience!
