Poor grooming facility

The tips to my dogs ears were butchered. Like open wounds to his ears on the ends of his ears, that we did not notice until we got home and he laid on our white comforter and we saw a blood stain after. Aside from the fact that our dog was left unrecognizable. The groomer could care less, he said that Porter had a small “nick” on his leg.. that will definitely heal up.. failed to mention the other wounds. These are wounds, not nicks. This is unfair treatment to my dog, aka my child, that I trusted in the hands of the male groomer at WoofGang. Will not return and will certainly not recommend, there’s plenty of other dog treat stores to visit downtown & surrounding areas, as well as ordering online. If I could attach pics, I would
