Hot tub out of order, toilet broken

After checking in and unpacking we found out the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance came quickly and eventually fixed it. Soon after we found out the hot tub was out of order. After calling the front desk, I was told that they told me that at check-in. We specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub- we had a lot of other less expensive options that didn’t have a hot tub. If I had known that when checking in, I would have immediately let them know we weren’t staying and we wouldn’t have unpacked all of our stuff. We spent two hours of our vacation repacking and loading up and finding another hotel with a hot tub and slide. They did however, agree to the refund so that was on the plus side. Which I’m still waiting for so cross my fingers!
