Very friendly manager and staff

Very quiet
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Slidell - North Shore AreaHotel needs freshening and renovating. Lots of exterior lights were not working. Bed was uncomfortable. Smell of cigarette smoke was very strong in our bathroom so we had to keep that door closed and put a towel under the door. The front desk was a dark area and not welcoming. Parking lot was pretty empty while hotels next door were full. But if you want a really quiet stay, this is a good place.
