Awesome hotel
Hotel GrinnellBeautiful hotel in an old junior high school with a wonderful staff, all very welcoming to pups. It is very near Grinnell College with extremely wide hallways, spacious, high-ceilinged rooms that retain their old-world charm but have updated features and interesting art. The rooms are also very comfortable for both humans and canines! There is a full bar, a limited restaurant (thanks to Covid) that offered delicious flat breads even when we arrived late, and a gym in the old junior high gymnasium. A fun place to stay for all species!

Friendly and great location
Comfort Inn & Suites Riverview Near Davenport and I-80Great location for dog-walking with beautiful views of the Mississippi, nice wide grassy areas and sidewalks. Very little traffic near the hotel, and a nice friendly staff. Not far off I-80 and close to the little river town of Le Claire which has a great coffee house. We'll be back!

Perfect for a pup!
Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland WestlakeComfortable suite that is perfect for your pup, surrounded by grass and woods right outside your front door that is great for dog-walking. Even though the Sonesta is a very short distance off I-90, there are no nearby huge trucks (that tend to terrify some dogs), the units are set back off quiet streets. It was an ideal stop on our long road trip and the manager could not have been nicer. We will definitely be back!
