Unfriendly check-in
Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Fort Meade AreaThe check-in was lengthy despite the reservation. I was told that I should have made the reservation on Hilton.com. The check process suggests Hilton doesn't value its partners or appreciate that Hilton had no customer acquisition costs on my reservation. I won't stay at Hampton Inn again.
