Horrible Management Experience

The new manager isn’t friendly at all! Very condescending and refused to allow me to use a over $100 credit to pick up my grand-dog or let me speak to the owner. Gave weird stares and just unpleasant. My dogs went before the one died and in the past was always pleasant. She had nothing to say about the dog at all so I have no idea how she did. She needs more management training! I’m surprised at the owner Laurie I know needs staff but she’s usually more approachable. She cut me off mid sentence and never apologized for the way I was treated
