Trafalgar Memorial Park The off-leash area at Trafalgar Memorial Park is now open. This dog-friendly area allows pooches to socialise and exercise too. The park consists of two sections, one for larger dogs, and another for smaller breeds. The larger park area also includes a couple of large ponds, an active playground, and a community area.
