The O.T.I.S. Foundation Inc. 2014 Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest & Photo Shoot

This is our 2014 first annual pet costume contest and photo shoot. We will have two backdrops set up at Billie Creek Village in Rockville - a Halloween-theme for the costume contest & pet pictures, and the other will be fall-themed for family portraits. Photos will be taken by local photographer, Aleigha Martin, and prints will be available for order at a later date. Contest categories and prizes are as follow. ***CONTEST & PHOTO SHOOT ENTRY FEE: $12.00*** There are 6 categories for the pet costume contest: 1. Scariest 2. Funniest 3. Prettiest 4. Best Character 5. Most Creative 6. Judge's Choice Each category winner (excluding Judge's Choice) will receive: 1. Halloween-themed pet gift basket filled with treats, toys, and other goodies! 2. Framed 4x6 photo of their pet in costume 3. Guaranteed inclusion in our 2015 "Pet Pinup" Calendar Photo Contest (begins November 1) Judge's Choice Award will receive the Grand Prize of: 1.
