Description
On April 12, WheatonArts will begin its 2015 schedule with PAWS FOR ART, a Free Community Day celebrating our pets and the joy and enrichment they bring to our lives. This event, created in partnership with the Cumberland County SPCA and Animal Shelter, opens WheatonArts to dogs and their well behaved humans. Last year, PAWS was attended by nearly 1500 people and over 700 dogs.
Once again, pet owners will be invited to bring their dogs to participate in various pet themed activities including:
• "Wheaton Barks" Dog Show
• Take a “Wag ‘n’ Walk” stroll
• Agility Course with Paws Tracks
• Working Dog Demos • Pet Supplies and Goodies
• Animal Artists
• Pet Related Kids Activities
• Animal Themed Glassmaking Demos
Animal rescue organizations, educational groups, adoption agencies and providers of pet-related goodies and supplies are more than welcome. No sales of animals are permitted. Call or E-mail for registration form.
