May Day 5K Run/Walk & Fun Dog Walk Saturday May 9th – 9:30 -12:30 Paws for Life Dog Kennel - 425 Mitton Road - Chesapeake City, MD 21915 Day of event Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. 5K run/walk Gunshot start at 9:30 – 2 mile dog walk 9:45 Preregistration $20 per person Day of event Registration $22 Join us for a rare opportunity to run or walk a 5k (with or without your dog) or just walk through some of Maryland’s most beautiful protected land, while raising money to help our rescued dogs. Our 5K starts the day with runners and walkers following the trails in the serene countryside and sprint to the finish on blacktop. Shortly afterwards, our 2 mile dog walk begins, with trivia questions along the way. Runners and walkers will return to a family fun cookout, 5K awards, canine games with prizes, vendors and silent auction. T-Shirt guaranteed to first 150 entrants.
