Lucky Mutt Strut is a 5K fun run/walk benefitting MaxFund Animal Adoption Center, the premier no-kill shelter at 720 W. 10th Ave., Denver. Morning of June 7, 2015, on paved path at picturesque Cheesman Park, East 8th Avenue and Franklin Street, Denver. Registration $30 in advance at www.maxfund.org; $35 day of race. Youths $20, teams of five or more participants, $100. Pet-oriented vendors, food trucks, games for dogs and children and family events onsite.
