This dog friendly event will be held once from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2016 at Oregon Humane Society in Portland, OR, US.
Sponsored by American Association of Zoo Keepers, Portland chapter.
Admission is $15 ($17 including ticket fee) and benefits Painted Dog Research Trust (African Painted Dogs) .

Description
Dog Fashion Show at Oregon Humane Society in Manners Hall. Silent auction with desirable pet-related items and services, as well as gift certificates for restaurant meals, salon visits, etc. Great prizes for show winners; cash raffle prizes. Guest appearance and inspirational/entertaining presentation by Dr. Greg Rasmussen, who more than any other individual has kept the African Painted Dog from disappearing entirely from Africa. All proceeds go to Painted Dog Research Trust in Zimbabwe. We are very familiar with Dr. Rasmussen and his wonderful work not only on behalf of these magnificent animals in the wild, but also their ambassador counterparts in zoos around the world.
