Pat Miller Workshop

Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue (DVGRR) has contracted with nationally renowned canine expert, Pat Miller, to offer a two-day canine behavior workshop. The event will be held Sat., March 5 and Sun., Mar 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day at the Comfort Inn, located at 1 Denver Rd., Denver, PA 17517. The workshop will focus on reactive dogs, how dogs think and learn, canine body talk, positive solutions for behavior problems, and human body language interpretation by dogs. The event cost is $250.00 and includes both days plus continental breakfast, lunch, and beverages each day. Miller holds numerous dog training certifications and is a dog behavior consultant endorsed by the International Institute for Applied Companion Animal Behavior. She has been training dogs for over 35 years. Additionally, she is the author of The Power of Positive Dog Training (on Amazon.com’s “Top 10 Dog Training Books” list since 2002), Positive Perspectives, Positive Perspectives 2, and Play with Your Dog. “This is a really fantastic opportunity to learn from the best,” said Robin Adams, DVGRR Executive Director and Founder. “Plus the rate is half of what someone would normally pay her.
