Will be traveling to Geneva, Switzerland with my 60 lb Chessie. Any tips for how to get her and her crate from curb to check in counter, will she have to be in crate to enter the air port proper ? Are there any "wheelie devices" for moving large dog crates?

We will fly from Denver to Dulles, then Dulles to Geneva the following day.
